Johnstown Medical Development
Corporation (JMDC), provides medical
office and diagnostic space for local
health providers.
JMDC owns and manages the Seifert
Medical Arts Building and the Main
Street West Parking Garage. In addition,
JMDC is a 50% owner, along with
Allegheny Christian Ministries, of
Laurel View Village, a full service
retirement community located in
Davidsville, PA.
